Spritz a little Frylight into a pan and bring to a high heat. Add Red Pepper, Onion, Both Paprikas and Chilli Powder. Pour over beef stock and allow to simmer for 5 minutes until stock starts to reduce and vegetables are softened. Spray a large, non-stick frying pan with oil and place over a medium heat. Add the Quorn, onion, chilies, garlic, ginger, ground coriander, carrot and celery and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and beans, season well and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and cook gently for 25-30 minutes, stirring often. Spritz a pan with Frylight and over a medium heat cook onion, pepper and garlic for a few minutes. Add beans, Cumin, Chilli powder, Paprika, Smoked paprika, salt and pepper to the pan. Mix well and cook for a further minute. Add both tins of chopped tomatoes to the pan, cover with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spray a non-stick frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and place over a medium-high heat. Fry the onion and the garlic, add the beef and cook for a few minutes. Once the beef is browned, add the chillies and the spices and turn down the heat. Add the peppers, tomatoes and stock, and simmer gently for 15 minutes, or until the sauce is reduced. Fry Light. Preparation. Peel and roughly chop the onion, deseed and chop the chilli's and chop the red peppers into chunks. Spray a saucepan with Fry Light, place the onion, chilli (fresh) and red pepper into the pan and cook until tender. Add the Quorn mince to the pan and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes and stir.
