[SERIOUS] Pokerstars Live Casino Charges money without your knowledge

First ill explain what happenend. Pokerstars is charging money while playing live casino will u didnt bet that money. Also it doesnt show at the start of the hand but at the end of the hand or somehwere in between. Which seems odds to me, because it gives quite rapidly a error when u wasnt on time with betting.
Also when i check the "Game History", it doesn't show any charges being made, while it clearly got charged of my "balance".
Example1: 27 february i betted $1,- , while finishing the hand it suddenly the bet amount changed from 1 dollar to 19-20 dollar while the hand was about to finish, i sent them a email and their reaction was that i " misclicked"
->------- Email 1-------
"Sent: 02/27/2018 17:09:59 Subject: Casino Queries (.EU v3) SC you charged me 18 dollar at blackjack, there was no bet.
you charged me 18 dollar will i betted 1dollar behind only, hand @ 22:01:53 blackjack 5 dollar table stockholm I betted 1 dollar behind i got charged 69-20=49 instead of 69-1=68. please resolve this, thanks alot"
->----- Response on Email 1 from pokerstars" Thank you for your email, we have now completed a thorough review of your query.
Following our investigation into this matter, we have determined that no wagers were placed without your instruction.
Therefore, we can confirm that no technical issues were at play and the value of the wager in question was simply a result of a ‘Mis-Click’.
While we fully understand that this was not your intent, please note that all wagers committed at the tables are final. Therefore, in the interest of fairness to all of our players, no adjustment can be made in this instance.
To avoid this kind of issues in the future, you can set the maximum betting limit for slots following the steps below:
'Tools' > 'Responsible Gaming' > 'Restrict Casino & Vegas Limit'
You can lift the restriction later through the same menu. But, once you have set the limit in the client, you will be unable to request an increase or removal of it for 7 days. Once this period expires, you can request an increase or removal and it will take 24 hours to be approved.
We thank you kindly for your understanding on this matter and thank you for choosing us.
Regards,
Keven Stars Support "
example 2 -email 1:me: "I played all day and u cantfind. Any bj game? You stealing peoples money because of bad software Thisisoutreagous, this isnt the first time this happenend. You make millions and i dont. I just ask if you guys to be fair, got me tilted so well done. I shit over 20dollars " -email 2: pokerstars response: " Van: [email protected] [email protected] Verzonden: donderdag 25 januari 2018 11:50:57 Aan: [email protected] Onderwerp: Stars Support - Stars ID Confirmation Request
Hello xxxxx,
Before we can review your request, please confirm your Stars ID and full name.
Unfortunately, we didn't find any Blackjack game under "xxxxxxx" StarsID.
Please include this information every time you contact us as it helps to verify your identity.
Regards,
Fede Stars Support"
If you see the customer support emails, they clearly are not trying to cooperate, they tell me they cant find any blackjack game which must be a lie as i played that day, and the day before blackjack. Funny thing was that suddenly 1 week later they send to my "bank account" exactly 50,00EURO, which totally made no sense, because while they mabye charged me 60-70 dollar too much, no way you can convert it to exactly to 50 euro. I got alot more information and screenshot of live supports(more like live brick support).
I'm not trying to spread any bad shit about pokerstars, but trying to get some awareness and actually get this fixed so i can play in a legit environment. I also like to hear your stories if you encountered anything similair or if i posted this in the wrong forum.
Thanks alot,
Harde

My story and start.

(22 M)This is hard. It’s been hard. I know in my heart gambling has done nothing but rip me to shreds mentally and ruin a good chunk of my life, but some how quitting has a stronger feeling than losing a long term friend or disappointing a loved one. Between 19-22 I have lost over $240,000 and counting. My entire life I have been stingy about cash and never spent a nickel on anything for myself, until I found gambling. Prior to gambling I was a happy, self made 19 year old working from home as a live streamer with a large platform I built for myself making more money than 90% of people my age with a hefty savings to show for it, had a girlfriend that I loved to death and wanted to make a real life with. Then it happened. Roughly 3 years ago I discovered online casinos and realized I only had to be 18 instead of 21 like my local casino so I decided to try it. Deposited $50 and turned it into $200, loved the feeling. Lost a deposit or two not long after, then the worst thing that has ever happened in my life occurred. I deposited my usual $50 and over the course of 10 hours playing online blackjack/roulette turned it into $30,000. At 20 years old I was sitting in front of a computer doing $500 spins on black while most people my age where splitting apartments so they could afford $500 for rent. That night I lost all conception of what money truly means and is. The same night I proceeded to lose the entire balance at the crack of dawn with my girlfriend sleeping 5 feet away from me. No words and actions could describe the shame and guilt I felt when I looked to my right. Not even an hour before that I could have stopped and woke her up to the news that I made $30,000 and it would’ve made a massive change in our life. Instead I blew it and was too ashamed to tell her or anyone for that matter. But now something clicked in my head and my brain said “you can win that again, you just need to deposit and take your time”. this mindset turned to a boiling rage, soon my deposits went from $50 to $200, to $500. Until my (joint)bank account was dry. I had gone completely broke at age 21 after being one of the most on track kids I knew at 19. The shame and anger I still feel now is like being forced to do a naked halftime show at the super bowl. After losing all the money I became enthralled in making more money so I could play. I slowly started to lose interest in everything around me that wasn’t gambling. Starting with my job (which I fucking loved and was so blessed to have) then my hobbies (lost interest in anything that costs money since that would be taking away my ability to gamble said money) and finally my love life. My girlfriend would invite me to do things and I’d blow it off so I could stay home and blow all my money or drive to the casino with my entire weeks pay to blow it at the tables and drive home furious to the only thing (which I didn’t see at the time) that mattered or cared about me, my girlfriend. Seeing the disappointment in her eyes as I blew everything we had and eagerly waited for the next sum of money to come from a paycheck or selling something I didn’t use anymore was the worst of it. The only person who ever truly cared for me and loved me, and instead of seeing that I was blinded in the fog of rushing to the atm to slip in my debit card like a junkie stabbing a needle in their arm. I am disgusted at the sheer thought of what my life could’ve been if I had never deposited that initial $50, but it’s something I now have to live with. And if I ever want to have a different version of a happy life aside from the one I missed this gambling shit has to stop. 4 months ago that same girlfriend left me (much later than she should have) and it crushed me more than a big loss at the casino ever could. The hardest part in my head to this day is I never got to find closure in my guilt or shame, and to my actions I don’t deserve it. Last month I didn’t have enough money in my account to pay for my dentist appointment up front so I lied to the receptionist about calling my bank, stood in the lobby and deposited the $25 I had into pokerstars, ripped it into $100 and withdrew to pay for my appointment. How sick and pathetic is that? What the fuck is screwed wrong in my brain and how do I change it? I honestly don’t know why I’m posting this, maybe I think I’ll find closure maybe I just want someone else to read my experience so they don’t make the same mistakes, maybe I just need it off my chest so I can stop living this guilt and shame. But I need to quit and I need help, I’m fearful to do it alone and I can’t figure out why. I feel a fear stronger than any fear I’ve felt before and it’s crippling me, it feels like gambling is my only true friend. I want to stop now. Thanks for reading I apologize for the length but I don’t have anyone in my life I can tell my story too comfortably so maybe the Internet can be that person. Please, don’t gamble.

Real Luck Group LTD CVE: LUCK TSX: LUCK.V
What does it do Real Luck Group Ltd (CVE:LUCK) is one of the first movers in the esports betting market and one of the few pure-play names. Its Luckbox operating business is a dedicated esports betting site currently accepting customers from about 80 territories globally. Luckbox was built from scratch by a team now led by chief executive Quentin Martin, a former top-ranking professional cardplayer and esports gamer in the UK and Canada. He and two ex-colleagues from Canada’s Pokerstars together co-founded Luckbox in 2018 and soft-launched a live product in spring 2019. The esports betting website and app are licensed by the Isle of Man, which from a player-protection perspective is one of the best gaming licences in the world.
Why esports betting? With Generation Z more likely to watch computer games than traditional sports, esports is becoming ever more mainstream and even before the coronavirus pandemic was predicted to be facing the highest growth potential of any sport. Luckbox has seen first-hand the spike in players moving from betting on sports to betting on esports in 2020 and has managed to lock up around 75% of its customer gains. Martin says esports betting, which uses the same licensing and infrastructure as the existing traditional sports betting industry, offers the potential for higher profits and has barriers to entry from the betting models.
What’s the latest In December, parent company Real Luck Group listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in Toronto. This followed a CA$6mln funding round from investors in the summer. Around the turn of the year, Luckbox has plans to add the option to bet on around 100 more traditional sports and other events, including football, baseball and tennis, as well as developing a casino offering in the following months. Looking ahead to 2021 at the time of the IPO, Martin said there remains “huge” potential for further organic growth through content marketing, affiliates, partnerships, influencers and direct media. There are also plans from a B2B perspective, bringing odds compilation in-house, with Martin saying a merger or acquisition would probably be the most effective way to achieve that.

How to Maximize Profit - IMPORTANT - READ THIS

For the majority of these offers you want to play blackjack following the chart found here
Any blackjack game will do, look for a normal version of the game at the site you are playing on and make sure it is a non live game as the hand sizes will be lower.
When playing blackjack there will often be more than one spot that you can bet on, allowing the player to bet more than one hand at a time, Its important to only bet on one spot at a time as it reduces the variance of the game and will ensure you get the maximum return possible from the game, stick to £1 hand sizes when playing and dont be tempted to bet larger amounts as you will be getting a nice amount of cashback from every offer
Through playing blackjack this way the player will get a return of around 98%, meaning for every £100 staked you will lose around £2. If you make a loss on a casino site after completing the required wagering amount, withdraw your remaining balance, don't chase loses as the cashback will make up for loses and give you a profit in most cases.
All offers are updated fairly regularly, make sure to check the terms for each offer as information in this post may become outdated. Also check for other offers every now and then as new casinos are added!

Why are Americans forced to use shitty off-shore sites like ACR, BOL and Bovada?

Title says it all.
Its 2020 and outside of a few states, 90% of American players are forced to use totally shady, unregulated, rigged-ass poker sites that are run by pieces of shit.
Is there billionaire casino owners that lobby each year to keep online poker illegal? The US legalized sports betting, how the fuck is online poker not within the scope of those federal laws? This country just decriminalized fucking coke, heroin, and meth in the state of Oregon, but I can't sit in my living room and play poker at PartyPoker or Pokerstars??
I see online gaming companies, such as DraftKings, operating fine domestically, in both public operations and US-facing advertisement. I don't understand why its illegal for Americans to play on trust worthy, reliable, US-facing sites.
As you can tell, I am tilted as fuck. I just got another PARTIAL refund from ACR because I was playing against two fucking bots at the same table. They wouldn't even GIVE ME A FULL FUCKING REFUND. Fuck the free world. Fuck everyone. I want the Full Tilt days back... (before black Friday obviously)

Update: Please keep the up/down vote number at 69 ;)

Looking for your feedback and opinions on my results in microstakes MTT's so far.

Hi there /r Poker, I've been a very casual live recreational Texas Hold'em Tournament player for a little over ten years at my small local casino. I have just under $12,000 in live tournament winnings ($11,374 if it had to be an exact figure), and after tournament buy-ins totaling $6000, I have a total net profit of $5,374, for a 47% ROI (Approximately 100 tournaments played, averaging $60 a tournament buy-in)
Since the beginning of October I have started playing online micro MTT's on Pokerstars (mainly the $0.25 45 and 90 player MTT SNG's they offer. Looking to bankroll 150-250 BI's to $1 versions of these plus the 180 player SNG's by the end of next summer) and have compiled a small sample of tournament data in that time. I would like to get any kind of thought or critique/constructive criticism on how I am doing so far for my online tournament play. I have purchased Poker Copilot, the $7 introductory course on post-flop play on upswing poker, and I'm going to be purchasing a 6 month subscription to the Upswing Lab shortly after new year's. I have a 43k hand sample obtained so far. Between these stats and what my Pokerprolabs player account information has provided me, here are my following stats and I would simply like to know if it possible to tell if I am playing well, or on a really good heater right now.
Hand Total: 43,576
Tournaments played: 617
Total Winnings: $284.89
Total Tournament cost: $147.45
Total Profit: $101.39
Average profit per tournament: $0.16
ROI: 68.74%
First Place: 19
Second Place: 28
Third Place: 13
VPiP: 21%
PFR: 15%
Agg: 48%
3-Bet: 6%
4-Bet: 15%
C-bet: 56%
Check-Raise: 7%
All-In Equity: +7200BB over 43,576 hands
All-In Equity Value: +5400BB over 43,576 hands
Poker Copilot Leak Detectors over 43,576 Hands
Pre-Flop Aggression: Everything is listed as good except Big blind as "passive" at 35%. "Raise more, call less"
Positional Awareness: All listed as "Good"
Blind Stealing: Attempt Rate: 44% (Good) BB won/100 hands from blind steal attempts: 84.94 BB won/overall: 16.55
Based on these statistics, I was thinking of starting to take shots in the $1 tournaments once I get bankrolled above $100 and/or I've played 1000 total $0.25 SNG MTT's. Would I stand a chance, or is this just looking evident of a heater run? I could easily deposit more money into my account, but I am honestly fully embracing the grind of trying to turn my $15 deposit into a proper bankroll (currently sitting at $82.53 this morning) and adhering to strict bankroll management in this regard.

In 2014, Mr. Davey oversaw the initial public offering of NYX, and his experience in the digital media, sports, entertainment, leisure and gaming industries helped NYX recognize momentum as a public company. After the public offering, from 2014 to 2018, Mr. Davey oversaw seven acquisitions which helped establish NYX as one of the fastest growing global B2B real-money digital gaming and sports betting platforms. These acquisitions included:
• OpenBet: In 2016, NYX completed the $385 million acquisition of OpenBet. This was one of the more complex and transformative acquisitions that Mr. Davey oversaw at NYX. Through securing co-investments from William Hill (LSE: WMH), Sky Betting & Gaming and The Stars Group (formerly Nasdaq: TSG, TSX: TSGI), Mr. Davey was able to get the acquisition from Vitruvian Partners completed successfully, winning the deal against much larger and well capitalized competitors. By combining two established and proven B2B betting and gaming suppliers, NYX was well positioned to provide customers with exciting player-driven solutions across all major product verticals and distribution channels. This allowed NYX to become the leading B2B omni-channel sportsbook platform in the market and the supplier to over 300 gaming operators globally with an extensive library of desktop and mobile game titles, including more than 700 on NYX platforms and more than 2,000 on the OpenBet platform.
• Cryptologic/Chartwell: In 2015, NYX completed the $119 million acquisition of Cryptologic and Chartwell. The acquisition provided NYX with more than 400 titles of additional leading gaming content, a broader customer base, and direct exposure to PokerStars and Intercasino, part of the Gamesys Group (LSE: GYS) — two of the world’s largest online casino offerings.
• OnGame: In 2014, NYX completed the distressed acquisition of OnGame, a premier poker content, platform and service provider. This acquisition provided NYX with one of the best poker products in the industry, access to several regulated jurisdictions, and a valuable talent pool that was instrumental in the growth of NYX. The addition of OnGame further established a path for NYX to continue its growth in both European and U.S. markets.
These acquisitions, together with meaningful organic growth, increased NYX’s revenue from $24 million in 2014 to $184 million annualized in 2017. During that time, Mr. Davey helped build NYX to have over 200 customers in the global gaming industry and a team of 1,000 employees. Mr. Davey’s success at NYX ultimately led to its sale to Scientific Games for $631 million in 2018.
Mr. Davey joined Next Gen Gaming, the predecessor to NYX, in 2000 as the Vice President of Technology, was appointed as Executive Director in 2003 and named Chief Executive Officer in 2005. Prior to that, he was the Senior Consultant for Access Systems, a company that specializes in the provision of back-end software for licensed online casinos. Prior to joining Access, Mr. Davey worked for the Northern Territory Government specializing in matters pertaining to the internet and e-commerce along with roles in the Department of Racing and Gaming. Mr. Davey received a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Northern Territory University, Australia (also known as Charles Darwin University).
Robin Chhabra — President
Mr. Chhabra has been at the forefront of corporate acquisition activity within the digital gaming landscape for over a decade. His prior experience includes leading corporate strategy, M&A, and business development at two of the global leaders in the digital gaming industry, The Stars Group (“TSG”) and William Hill, and a leading supplier, Inspired Gaming Group (Nasdaq: INSE). Mr. Chhabra served on the Group Executive Committees of each of these companies. From 2017 to May 2020, Mr. Chhabra served as Chief Corporate Development Officer at TSG and, from 2019 to August 2020, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fox Bet, a leading U.S. online gaming business which is the product of a landmark partnership between TSG and FOX Sports, a transaction which he led. During that period, Mr. Chhabra led several transactions which transformed TSG into the largest publicly listed online gambling operator in the world by both revenue and market capitalization and one of the most diversified from a product and geographic perspective with revenues of over $2.5 billion. Mr. Chhabra’s M&A experience is extensive and covers multiple global geographies across the digital gaming value chain and includes the following:
• TSG/Flutter Entertainment Merger: In 2019, Mr. Chhabra led the TSG M&A team that was responsible for TSG’s $12.2 billion merger with Flutter Entertainment (LSE: FLTR). The merger between TSG and Flutter Entertainment is the largest transaction in the digital gaming industry to date. The combination created the largest publicly listed online gaming company with approximately 13 million active customers and leading product offerings, which include sports betting, online casino, fantasy sports and poker. The combined entity includes some of the world’s most iconic digital gaming brands such as Fanduel, Fox Bet, Sky Bet, PaddyPower, Betfair, PokerStars and SportsBet. TSG/Flutter Entertainment is one of the most geographically diverse digital gaming and media companies with leading positions in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Germany and Georgia.
• TSG/Sky Betting and Gaming (“SBG”): In 2018, Mr. Chhabra led the acquisition of SBG from CVC Capital Partners and Sky plc, Europe’s largest media company, in a transaction valued at $4.7 billion. At the time of the acquisition SBG was the largest mobile gambling operator in the United Kingdom and one of the fastest growing of the major operators having doubled its online market share in three years. The acquisition of SBG provided TSG with (a) greater revenue diversification, significantly enhanced expertise and exposure to sports betting just ahead of the judicial overturn of The Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act of 1992 (PASPA) by the U.S. Supreme Court, (b) a leading position within the United Kingdom, the world’s largest regulated online gaming market, (c) improved products and technology as a result of the addition of SBG’s innovative casino and sports book offerings and a portfolio of popular mobile apps, and (d) expertise in deeply integrating sports betting with leading sports media companies, positioning TSG to create more engaging content, deliver faster growth and decrease customer acquisition costs.
• William Hill (LSE: WMH): At William Hill, from 2010 to 2017, Mr. Chhabra served as Group Director of Strategy and Corporate Development where he led several transactions which contributed to William Hill’s transformation from a land-based gambling operator in the United Kingdom to a leading online-led international business. Mr. Chhabra led William Hill’s entry into the U.S. sports betting and online lottery markets with the acquisition of four businesses, including the simultaneous acquisitions of three U.S. sportsbooks, Cal Neva, American Wagering and Brandywine Bookmaking, in 2011 for an aggregate purchase price of $55 million. These businesses ultimately led William Hill to achieve a leading position in the U.S. sports betting market with a market share of 24% in 2019. Additionally, Mr. Chhabra played a key role in structuring William Hill’s successful joint venture with PlayTech Plc (LSE: PTEC) in 2008. The combined entity created one of the largest online gambling businesses in Europe at the time of its formation and led to William Hill’s buyout of Playtech’s interest for $637 million in 2013. Prior to the transaction, William Hill had struggled in its attempt to establish a strong online gaming platform and a meaningful presence outside the United Kingdom.
Mr. Chhabra has also successfully completed four transactions worth over $1.2 billion in Australia, the world’s second largest regulated online gambling market, and various partnerships in Asia. Additionally, he completed several technology and media related transactions, including William Hill’s investment in NYX, where he worked with Mr. Davey on NYX’s transformational acquisition of OpenBet.
Prior to working in the gaming sector, Mr. Chhabra was an equities analyst and a management consultant. Mr. Chhabra received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Looking to get feedback and constructive criticism on my player stats, always looking to improve.

I have purchased Poker Copilot, the $7 introductory course on post-flop play on upswing poker, and I'm curious to know how my poker book "Mastering Small Stakes No Limit Hold'em Cash Games and Tournaments" by Johnathan Little holds up strategy wise these days. Great information in that book from what I've seen so far, but yeah. I have a 33k hand sample obtained so far. Between these stats and what my Pokerprolabs player account information has provided me, here are my following stats and I would simply like to know if it possible to tell if I am playing well, or on a really good heater right now.
Hand Total: 33,585
Tournaments played: 470

Total Tournament cost: $115.70
Total Profit: $70.56

VPiP: 21%
PFR: 14%
Agg: 47%
3-Bet: 6%
4-Bet: 16%
C-bet: 56%
Check-Raise: 6%
All-In Equity: +4700BB over 33,585 hands
All-In Equity Value: +3400BB over 33,585 hands
Poker Copilot Leak Detectors over 33,585 Hands
Pre-Flop Aggression: Everything is listed as good except Big blind as "passive" at 35%. "Raise more, call less"
Positional Awareness: All listed as "Good"
Blind Stealing: Attempt Rate: 44% (Good) BB won/100 hands from blind steal attempts: 82.12 BB won/overall: 14.05
Pocket Pairs: Everything listed has a positive BB won/100 hands with the exception of pocket 6's at -23.13 BB/100 (Notably, my AA and KK both have +1200BB /100, is this normal?)
Suited Connectors: AK and KQ suited have +172 and +170 BB/100 respectively, everything else is basically canceling each other out. Would like to improve my JTs -75.33 BB/100.
Are these statistics Good? Are they viable, or the result of a massive heater that could be due to run out soon? Any opinions or information would be appreciated.

I know I only have a small sample of hand sizes to go by, but can I get feedback on my style?

Hi there /r Poker, I've been a very casual live recreational Texas Hold'em Tournament player for a little over ten years at my small local casino. I have just under $12,000 in live tournament winnings ($11,374 if it had to be an exact figure), and after tournament buy-ins totaling $6000, I have a total net profit of $5,374, for a 47% ROI (Approximately 100 tournaments played, averaging $60 a tournament buy-in)
Since the beginning of October I have started playing online micro MTT's on Pokerstars (mainly the $0.25 45 player MTT and the $0.10 360 player Turbo MTT) and have compiled a small sample of tournament data in that time, and was wondering if I could get any kind of thought or critique/constructive criticism on how I am doing so far for my online tournament play. I purchased Poker Copilot and have a 21k hand sample obtained so far. Between these stats and what my Pokerprolabs player account information has provided me, here are my following stats and I would simply like to know if it possible to tell if I am playing well, or on a really good heater right now.
Hand Total: 21,209
Tournaments played: 300
Total Winnings: $120.44
Total Tournament cost: $74.95
Total Profit: $45.74
Average profit per tournament: $0.15
ROI: 61%
First Place: 10
Second Place: 19
Third Place: 8
VPiP: 20%
PFR: 14%
Agg: 45%
All-In Equity: +2500BB over 21,209 hands
All-In Equity Value: +1700BB over 21,209 hands
Poker Copilot Leak Detectors over 21,209 Hands
Pre-Flop Aggression: Everything is listed as good except Big blind as "passive" at 38%. "Raise more, call less"
Positional Awareness: All listed as "Good"
Blind Stealing: Attempt Rate: 44% (Good) BB won/100 hands from blind steal attempts: 65.10 BB won/overall: 11.87
Pocket Pairs: Everything listed has a positive BB won/100 hands with the exception of pocket 6's at -23.13 BB/100 (Notably, my AA and KK both have +1100BB /100, is this normal?)
Suited Connectors: AK and KQ suited have +324 and +214 respectively, everything else is basically canceling each other out. Would like to improve my JTs -75.33 BB/100 desperately.
Are these statistics Good? Are they viable, or the result of a massive heater that could be due to run out soon? Any opinions or information would be appreciated.

Online BJ - different strategy playing 2 or 3 hands at a time?

I've started playing on Pokerstars Casino (non-live dealer) and made small profits based on bonuses/luck/hit and runs. Still trying to find an optimal strategy besides using a chart from Wizard of Odds. Obviously no counting bc it's likely a continuous shuffle.
It sucks to play 3+ hands at once and lose automatically to a dealer BJ so I've been experimenting with playing 2 hands at once but I'm not sure if that's the right way to think.
  1. Should I vary optimal strategy when playing multiple hands?
a) Eg - If I have three hands of 12-16 with dealer card showing 2-6. should I try hitting at least one of those hands?
b) Should I ever buy insurance on only one of my hands?

Looking for critique and constructive criticism regarding my personal Stats as a Player

Hi there /r Poker, I've been a very casual live recreational Texas Hold'em Tournament player for a little over ten years at my small local casino. I have a 33k hand sample obtained so far. my poker journey

My first real taste of poker came in grade 10. I was maybe fifteen, sixteen at the time, and we organized a five card draw game during second period spare. Eventually we got busted by the teachers. I was eighteen when the poker boom hit. My friends and I played $5 SNGs and WPT Tournaments were a big deal on TV. Then a .10/.25 NLHE home game (some nights .25/.50). This game was classic. Actually I played a rather effective loose aggro style at the time. Well I would switch gears, a bit looser early on, some bluffs, and then straight value towards the end of the night. Really we didn't know anything, but we the great thing about poker is you only have to be slightly better than your opponents.
There was a raked 1/2 game in my town, the Rounders Club or something they called themselves, that I cut my eyeteeth on. Then casino trips. I remember sitting down at a 5/10 limit hold'em game. This was so long ago people actually played limit hold'em.
One day there was a tournament in town, someone had rented a warehouse and set up a tournament. I busted in the tournament with an underpair to the top pair, but with the $200 I had left in my pockets I cleaned up on the cash game, playing 1/2 with a bunch of degenerate cabbies. I'd swing crazy amounts online. I was still in high school the first time I ran up a tiny amount of money to three grand on pokerstars, before losing it all quickly. I was fairly degenerate at that age, but we were young and invincible. I went broke a bunch of times, and then scraped together a bankroll and grinded online.
At one point I moved to Niagara Falls to try my hand at live poker. It went pretty decently for a couple of months. It was full ring NLHE, and the games were very soft, filled with rich tourists. I was living in a nearby hotel and grinding the casino all day. One day I tried my hand at blackjack and lost almost ten grand. I had a ton of cash on me, from all my poker winnings, and I started degening on blackjack for a while. I ran pretty good and had a stash of 5k chips. Then I started losing a bunch of my profits back. That is when I learned about card counting online. With my history at the casino as a whale, I was able to count full time in the high limit room for about ten days straight. And any time the count started to drop I would just hop to another table. There was always a new deck, ready to go. So I played A TON of rounds. And my poker career had steeled me not to hit and run. And I play very fast. The result was a huge winning streak. I was using a fairly aggressive spread, 1 to 16 on black. By the time they banned me I had around $200,000. Paranoid, I spent that night in a hotel.
From that point I was backed off, so I travelled Canada playing blackjacked, getting backed off and banned with my high stakes action.
more to come

Why I left Natural8 (Asia's GG Poker) after 4 days.

I am a recreational but devoted poker player, I recently moved my bankroll to Natural 8 (GG Poker Network) as I am temporarily boycotting Pokerstars until they put their shit together.
I left after 4 days, this is why:
  1. Cannot track overall wins or losses of Cash games or BB/100 on their Pokercraft (a provided alternative for HUD and tracking software): Hello, apologies but unfortunately there is no option at the moment for this. So they don't want players to know exactly how they are winning or losing. You can only see this on a session by session basis, which would be a bit of a hassle in the long run.
  2. Software sucks. Really hard to move or resize tables. And you cannot tile 4 tables on most screens, you can only tile two, and the 3rd and 4th table just hide behind. Also, tables don't pop up when it's your turn to act. Their solution provided is to change your resolution when you open their software. But why should I bother to change my resolution to play your software?
  3. They said they have a 200% deposit bonus on their website, which is the only reason I joined: Hello, the 200% first deposit bonus actually expired a few months ago. We do have a new type of first deposit bonus for our new players. (the Honeymoon missions and 1$ ticket freerolls, which I will talk on my next point).
  4. The Honeymoon promotion for first depositors is literally a scam. Like on a Steam game, you are supposed to make one achievement per day and you get $150 after 30 days. They start with simple missions like "Play 50 hands of PLO". On the 4th day, I asked their customer support to send me a list of the missions in order to make sure if I want to invest any more time on them (you have to play them daily): Hello, I'm afraid we do not provide the list of the honeymoon missions. So they don't want to tell you some of the missions are actually "Win 1st place on the Daily Hyper", or "Win the Jackpot on All in or Fold games", otherwise you would know you are not going to get the 150$ dollars and would not waste your time on it. So, they lure you with a 200% deposit bonus... then have you gambling with your bankroll doing "easy missions" (like "Play 70 All in or Fold hands", not knowing you won't get the final prize.
  5. Cannot remove casino games from lobby or table. Also, you cannot self exclude yourself from a certain game, which is a feature some players appreciate: Hello, I'm afraid we do not have the feature for players to exclude them from a certain game. So part of their business goal is to get tilting or bored players getting into gambling games. Put that together with not providing you an option of tracking overall wins and losses.
  6. To protect it's business with CCP companies (Alipay, Wechat, Chinese banks), GG Network does not allow Taiwan players to use their national flag. We were forced to use Chinese communist flag until last week, and after complains, they now force us to use the "Chinese Taipei" flag. I know people from other countries might not care as long as they can get some Chinese money "today", but any company that supports CCP expansionist politics should not be trusted. I was one of the players that complained by email. Their reply basically called me stupid on my face: "Our team has decided that this is the best approach for security purposes", and "as a company we have the wellbeing of all our players as our priority". So I cannot use my own flag for the wellbeing of the other players? I have to pretend I live in a different country for security purposes? Are you implying Chinese players are dangerous for Taiwan players? No other site does this.
So there you have it, Natural8 is basically a Chinese casino with a few poker tournaments, shady promotions and shady practices.

Live casino ban!?

Used to play online live black jack/roulette on “Pokerstars” and “Vbet” , yesterday i couldn’t find the “live casino” option on both of the sites. Did some google search, apparently there is some ban on online casinos ... is it EU ban? Or just in Germany? is the ban temporary ?
The funny thing is that slot machines are still playable !
