CNTY is a casino stock, it was trading just above $6 prior to the past week's stock market downturn. Historically it has traded between $7-9 for the past 3 years. Currently it sits at $4.68, which is a healthy dip from the $6 it was at last week. The reason I bring this stock to your attention is because of two important upcoming catalysts: The first just happened at 9pm, and since the market is closed it hasn't had an effect yet. They announced the re-opening of their Canadian casinos: https://www.cnty.com/centurydowns/covid-19/ The second will be happening June 17th. They will be re-opening their Colorado casinos: https://www.thedenverchannel.com/rebound/casinos-in-central-city-and-black-hawk-allowed-to-reopen-after-gilpin-county-variance-approved I believe this is a safe stock to get into, and if you're able to get in pre-market to capitalize on the first catalyst it will benefit you. If you're able to buy in prior to June 17th, you will also benefit. Edit: These re-openings have certain restrictions: no table games and reduced capacity. That being said you should be aware that the majority of revenue of casinos is generated by slot machines. This is because table games such as black jack have very slim odds that favor the casino, while slots heavily favor house odds. "By far, the biggest moneymaker for the casino is slot machines. So disclaimer I’m invested in these but I’m trying to be very unbiased Vslr: solar energy stock. You can swing trade this or just sit back on it. It has had constant growth for the past 5 years. It’s earnings have been bad but I bought because of the social aspect. Every change in society needs a catalyst and I believe the already heated global warming discussion mixed with the oil drop is a perfect time for people to start thinking green. The thing that most interest me is the consistent growth because it’s more security Uco. It’s an oil etf. Because oil crashed the only way for it to go is up. An etf is safer because it mitigates if a specific company is doing well. Taco. Litterally all growth since corona virus stock falling. Mcf. Riskier oil but at this time I’ll try my luck and try to make gains. It’s been doing me well. Cnty. A casino stock that has had good growth since the market crash. I think with things starting to reopen this will only do better. Before the market crash it was 10$ now it’s 3.5$ For tsx I urge you to look at ipo.to and joy.to litterally super cheap stocks so a 5 cent gain is like 15% Play. Dave and busters has been around forever and will be around long enough for me to profit. It may not survive in the long run but I’m just taking my money.
